BEN STILWILL is now the NATIONAL VICE CHIEF

During the night of December 27-28, a bunch of national OA youth big-wigs were locked up in a room with nothing to do but to come out with a National Chief and Vice Chief. This they did, and before 1:00 am on December 28 we knew who they had elected. Ben Stilwill, one of our most dedicated Gabe members, was elected as the National Vice Chief. This is a great honor for him, and all Gabe members should be proud to say, that the National Vice Chief is from our lodge! Congratulations Ben! Ben Stilwill

ArrowCorps5 bar

Arrow Corps 5 is a once in a lifetime event hosted by the national OA council to fill the gap left by moving NOAC forward a year. 5000 arrowmen will go to 5 different national forests (1000 at each) and will participate in the largest conservation project ever undertaken by the BSA. The work will be broken up by fun activities and brake time with your crew of five. Gabe supports arrowmen wanting to go to any of the five sites but we will be sending lodge contingencies to Mark Twain National Park in Missouri and George Washington Jefferson in Virginia. The cost of the trip is $250 plus the price of travel. Gabe will be working with other lodges in the area to provide transportation at the lowest possible cost.
