Winter Banquet is February 25th and it  is just around the corner everyone. This year we switched locations and will be at  St. Gerard Catholic Church Father Weber Hall 4437 West Willow Hwy. Lansing, MI 48917.

This is the night that we gather as a lodge to celebrate and recognize all the hard work we’ve done over the past year as well as presenting awards and recognitions. We’ll be presenting the James E. West Fellowship award, the Founder Award, Calling Out the Vigil Class of 2012, the Rising Arrowman and the always fun ‘Bent’ Arrow Awards. This event is one of the few events that we encourage non-arrowmen to attend, so bring the whole family. Registration begins at 6 with dinner starting at 6:30 and the banquet to follow shortly after.

The cost is only $10 for dinner and a show! We also encourage each family to bring 5 non-perishable food items.

The Trading Post will also be open for all of your patch buying needs. Keep posted on the website for the program to come out in the near future.

The lock in this year will be at Zap Zone on Friday January 6th. The price is 40 dollars. This includes: pizza, pop, glow golf and laser tag. The registration for the lock in will start at 10 pm and will end at 6 am . However the Laser tag, glow golf, pop, and pizza; won’t start until 12. So to occupy the two hours it is suggest that you bring some sort of entertainment device (this includes Xbox’s and TV’s as long as the games are scout appropriate).

To all interested in knocking off a little money from the costs to NOAC 2012, we have the opportunity to help you. Venture Crew 13 has a stand at Munn Arena for concessions. There is a game on Friday January 6 and Saturday January 7. You Must be the age of 16 to work concessions. Parents are welcome too fill in for those who are under the age of 16 to help reduce costs. If you do work, no other college/university teams are allowed. Also you must wear a hat at all times in the stand. Games start at 7:05 unless otherwise noted so please arrive to Munn Arena and ready to work by 5:15. If you have any questions or would like to sign up to work please contact me.
